四川公安出入境正式推出

境外人员住宿登记自助申报便利措施

Officially as of June 1 of 2020

the Exit-Entry Administration of the Sichuan Public Security Bureau launches a new and convenient means for foreign arrivals to self-report their accommodations.

根据《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》第三十九条第二款规定，外国人在旅馆以外的其他场所居住或住宿的，应当在入住后24小时内申报住宿登记，否则将给予警告同时可以并处2000元以下罚款。

According to the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China,Article 39, paragraph 2, foreigners staying anywhere other than a hotel must, within 24 hours of settling therein, go through residence registration formalities; otherwise, they will be issued a warning and may incur a fine of up to 2,000 yuan.

has launched a self-service system

免跑腿

境外人员足不出户，即可申报临时住宿登记；在家里动手扫一扫微信公众号完成程序即可。

No “Physical” Visit

You can skip an in-person visit and register your accommodation with your phone, never needing to set foot outside.

免手续

境外人员申报临住登记无需提交任何材料，只要如实填写本人的姓名、证件信息、住宿地和手机号码即可。

No Paper Documents

Registering with WeChat doesn’t require to submit paper documents，all you need to do is filling in the accurate information that is required by the system.

免等待

可以随时登陆微信端自主申报，随时可以办理，解决现场办理排队的烦恼。避免疫情期间人员聚集。
